That has certainly become the case for us – on weekends the only time I can ever seem to accomplish anything is either during naptime or bedtime – which isn’t all that much time! It makes me feel guilty for choosing to fire up Tiger Woods 09 rather than do our taxes…

As the father of a newly mobile son, I just want to tell you that it gets way, way worse from here. I remember being able to take a shower a few months ago while I simply laid him on his back on the shower floor (don’t worry, it was clean. Kind of). Then one day I got out of the shower and he was two feet to the left and on his stomach. I briefly hoped it was the wind, before remember our bathroom has no windows.

Now he’s just a roving whirlwind of chaos. He grabs everything, pulls on the cat’s tail, rips the ears off the dogs, has to have the remote control and at 11 months can move the damn Pack n Play (which we use as a roadblock) out of the way all by himself.

Now I know why people say they wish their babies were still little. You can’t get shit done when they can move!

haha cute…now you’re in for it. soon she’ll be into everything. my oldest used to get inside the lower kitchen cabinets or pull kitchen drawers and sit or stand in it. i had to put latches on everything lol
